Noel’s annual Highland Block Party returns (for the first time since 2019!), 11am-1pm, Saturday, Apr. 11 on the 500 Block of Herndon Street. This free event will feature free food, games, live music, and more. Additional details will be announced soon.

New this year: Noel Community Arts Program (NCAP) will be sponsoring a Second Line at the Highland Block Party! Participants are invited to decorate a free handkerchief at the NCAP booth, then join Robert Trudeau for a New Orleans-style second line beginning at 12:15pm. Musicians also are invited to join in with percussion instruments!
