Highland Parade, Sunday, February 11, 12pm, in front of Noel Church. The Highland Mardi Gras Parade will begin at 1pm in front of Johnny’s Pizza on Gilbert Ave. eventually ending up in front of Noel. Noel will be on hand to pass out bags and have first-come-first-serve Jambalaya and NCAP will have a mural for the community to help paint.  Be a part of the fun!
